A versatile variety with a beautiful yellow colour. Suitable for both late bunching carrots or for producing winter (storage) carrots.

  1. Choose a suitable location: Carrots grow best in a sunny location with well-drained soil. Choose an area that receives at least 6 hours of sunlight per day.

  2. Prepare the soil: Carrots require deep and loose soil. Remove any large rocks or obstacles to allow roots to grow straight. Before planting, add compost or well-rotted manure to the soil to provide nutrients to the plants.

  3. Sow the seeds: Sow the seeds directly into the soil in the spring when the soil is warm enough and the danger of frost has passed. Sow the seeds about 1-2 cm deep and 2-5 cm apart.

  4. Water regularly: Carrots require moist soil. Water regularly to ensure even and quick growth of the carrots.

  5. Weed control: Carrots often have to compete with weeds. Remove weeds carefully to provide enough space and nutrients for the carrots to grow.

  6. Harvest the carrots: Carrots are ready to harvest in about 2-3 months, depending on the variety. Harvest carrots carefully to avoid damaging the roots.
