Thermophilic species with 3 - 5 cm large fruits. These sweet and sour tomatillos ripen from green to purple. The fruits can be served raw in salads or cooked, or even used to make chutney.

Note: Not self-pollinating; two plants are always required for pollination. Very good for growing in tubs.
