The 'Boldor' golden beetroot variety is robust and uniform, characterized by sturdy, vibrant leaves. Whether enjoyed raw in vibrant salads or juices or cooked and roasted in various recipes, these golden beetroots offer versatility and delightful flavor.Following harvest, they can be immediately consumed like their red counterparts or stored until March of the following year, provided they are kept in a cool, dark environment.
For greenhouse cultivation, sow seeds between February and March, with harvesting typically from April to June. Outdoor planting is recommended from April to June, with harvesting extending from July to November.
Optimal plant spacing is 35 x 7 cm, and golden beetroots thrive in various soil types.
